Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


Free Cancellation

You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour. Cancellations must be submitted by email: info@bestpragueguide.com


Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule your tour to a different date, please contact us at least 24 hours before the start time — we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.


Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged in full.


No-Show

If you do not appear at the meeting point at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full tour price will be charged.


Events with Pre-Purchased Tickets

For events where tickets are purchased in advance (such as the Medieval Dinner Show at U Pavouka Tavern), separate cancellation terms apply. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the event. For cancellations made after this time, the cost of the tickets is non-refundable.


Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour (for example, due to extreme weather conditions or guide illness), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds apply to online payments only and are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. For bookings paid in cash on the day of the tour, no refund is required — payment is made only after the service has been provided.
