These Terms of Service govern your use of the bestpragueguide.com website and the booking of services provided by Best Prague Guide.

Booking and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline booking requests subject to availability.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for all services are listed on the relevant tour or experience page. Full details of what is included in the price are provided on each individual tour or experience page.

Payment is accepted in the following ways:

• Online via a payment link after booking confirmation
• Cash on the day of the tour (EUR, USD or Czech koruna)

Cancellation and Refunds

Liability

Best Prague Guide provides professional services with due care and attention. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, public transport disruptions, attraction closures or other force majeure events.

We strongly recommend that all guests arrange travel insurance before their trip.

Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour in the event of disrespectful or dangerous behaviour by participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Czech law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
